Return & Change Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason; You can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and the tags have not been removed.
- Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, hygienic products, swimsuits, and bikinis are the types of products whose return is not appropriate due to health and hygiene reasons and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. These products only:
- If the packaging and product protection tapes are unopened, unused, and hygienically intact, you can return them within 14 days from the date of purchase. The right of giving back cannot be used for products that do not meet these conditions and are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene. Your returns determined to be within this condition will not be accepted.

- Return conditions apply for orders that have been shipped. You can get the details of whether your order has been shipped or not, by contacting customer service on the phone numbers.
- For orders received with a credit card, the shipping fee is deducted, and the remaining amount is returned to your credit card. However, if your shopping was made in installments, your bank reflects the refund on your statement in installments.
- For the return of the products purchased with the option of payment at the door, after the delivery, and payment of the price; The normal return procedures are written above are valid It will be refunded to you by deducting it from the total price. After the returned product/products arrive at our warehouse and are checked for compliance with the return conditions, the product price will be refunded.
- We do not have a product exchange service. However, based on our Return Procedures, you can return the product(s) you have purchased and create a new order.
- You can cancel your order with your order number and contact information by calling our Customer Service Center.
- If your canceled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid including the shipping fee will be refunded.
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery times of your orders may differ depending on the cargo company, country, and address. After your order is shipped, you can track it from the relevant link.
- Your orders are delivered to the relevant cargo companies within 24 hours.
- If there is a supply product in your order, the shipping time may vary.
- It varies according to the delivery address and the quantity of the ordered product.
- Ensuring that your order reaches you safely is one of our most important responsibilities: When receiving your package from the cargo company, check if there is any problem in the shipment such as opening, tearing, crushing, or getting wet. If your package is damaged and the product(s) in it is missing, take a damage report from your cargo company within 7 days and notify the company authorities of the situation.
- In case you are not present at the specified address; Your order is delivered to the nearest cargo branch and an information note is left for you. You can pick it up from the nearest branch.
- In order to your order not to be returned to Bysila, we recommend that you pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days
- Each of your orders is considered a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time.
- We have Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, and money order options. There is a service fee of 6 TL for Pay at the Door orders.
- All your credit card information is encrypted at your bank and secure payment gateway, so no information can be recorded or shared by us.
